Service tires before they rent vehicles

John NOwner called and harassed me on the phone for needing to use the uhaul 1 additional day. I explained to him that I was fine with paying the additional $19.99 for an additional day. He told me that doesn't matter and that I would be fined. After telling him that's not policy. He continued to yell any demand that I return the van at 9am although my rental was until 430. I was charged an additional $24.99 on top of my bill. Will be contacting my bank for charge reversal. Will never recommend this location.
Weston BHonestly, y'all did amazing.. I was nervous about towing my first trailer across country Michigan to Florida. Process was super easy. Your guys ( Judds rental ) hooked the trailer up for me. Once I reached Florida I returned the trailer to a uhaul that wasn't my designated uhaul location over night while they were closed and still had no issues at all. I went back to the closed ( hill bros ) store the next day and everyone was super nice at both locations.
