The staff didn't help instructed only to back trailer into extremely tight spot. No clear instructions on return process or paperwork. No communication.

Arlene HI didn’t appreciate that I was told that the trailer was available at a location closer to me and then after I booked you changed the location on me. I had no problem with the new location but I don’t appreciate being deceived.
Charles BThe customer service there was not too good. They were not Will informed on the things I wanted or needed. I had to go get the car myself and pull out of a parking. I had to park it back in our weird parking spot. I bought a need a bigger truck. They told me I would have to cancel the whole order to do it all over again. It was just kind of all over the place so I would never go back to that location.
