Bad return experience all together. The original location where I was to return has no room for my truck. So I called customer support. They asked me to go two miles down the road to return. So, once I get there I park the truck and run through the check in process in the app. I go inside to turn in the keys and the guy working won’t accept the keys because he asked to see my contract and his location was not the return location. I had to take another 20 minutes of my time to call customer service again so that they could call this location and let him know I could return the truck. This should’ve been done prior to me arriving. I had spent a long day of travel and moving, I was tired and hungry and I had to take another additional 30 minutes of my time to drive to two different locations and deal with a Uhaul issue that would not accept return of keys. Less than ideal experience.

Van i rented had maintenence light on about service stabilitrak. It also dinged the entire time driving telling me the right rear door was open when it was not
Luke OThe 9' Van was clean but the right back door censor was not functioning properly. It kept saying the back door was open when it wasn't. When I arrived to pick up the van it had not been returned yet. I realize this is not the persons fault at the place I rented it from but the person there was not helpful at all, they offered no assistance what so ever. Just told me to call U-Haul customer support. I did this and customer support but luckily the van I rented was returned while I was on the phone with customer support. I will be renting another vehicle in the near future and I will definitely not use the same place. Whether or not I rent a U-Haul remains to be seen at this point.
Jerry DI want a refund!! That was the worst customer service I’ve ever had from uhaul and I’ve been renting from uhaul for years. I’m so mad! I need someone to call me!! I want a refund!! 😡
DONNA RUse the correct billing information and email address. I told the sales clerk to used a different email to send my receipt, he claim he couldn't change the info. That's odd because the info I selected at time of reservation was not used when I picked up the truck and sales clerk could not print copy of receipt because he didn't have copier paper!!!
