Don't allow people to smoke in the uhaul truck rentals or have them cleaned before the next customer can rent them. Check all maintenance on the rental trucks before renting them out. The tire pressure was low on the uhaul truck I recieved. Don't advertise $19.95 on the rental trucks when y'all know that rate does not actually exsist. This was the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. I will probably use enterprise truck rentals from now on.

The sales person was helpful and tried to help me as quickly as possible but since she was the only one working at the time she had to juggle the gas station customers at the same time as she was trying to help me. So I had to wait a while.

Make sure you have all the reservation facts correct. Make sure that you are accurate with the billing detail and get it right. And after this last rental, my bank account being charged incorrectly and falsely outside the guidelines, I think U-Haul makes up their own rules as they go along. Still waiting for the refund to go back onto by card; I really don't wanna do business with UHAUL, the dealer was fine. BUT UHAUL seems to be VERY VERY VERY VERY unprofessional, incompetent practices, does not follow their own policies. I am seriously hoping we won't need there services again and I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend for anyone to use UHaul ever again. Still waiting for $30 refund ~Ms Hawkins

Accept reservation number and drivers license (as proof of transaction), and release the vehicle so the customer can leave. My wait was way longer then i expected.

The store attendant did not have at all any customer service skills always on the phone watching i guess you tube videos and took so long to attend me and i had a timeline i had to go haul stuff.When i brought the Truck back he said Uhaul was closed for that said day it was around 7pm.Had to call the number which was on my contract the following day nobody picked up the phone.I had to drive to the Uhaul location .The same guy who attended me the previous night was there on his phone called the location to make sure the phone rings .It rang and the attendant didn't pick up.That was an inconvenience i should have done all the transactions on the phone.I feel like my business with UHaul was not honored.Why have unprofessional people at UHAUL locations who just assume customers.I am so unhappy to be honest will not recommend any person to Uhaul or this said location.I didn't even reserved to pick the truck at this location so Uhaul failed me big time.

Vehicle was not ready or at location at the time we resereved it for online, was told to come back in later it would be there. Which put us back on our schedule. There was trash in the cab as well as a few pieces in the back, (not a huge deal, we threw it away) was not swept out and fairly dirty inside. Otherwise, vehicle was well maintained.

First off, requested a different location and nobody called to tell me it had been switched to Ogletown Stanton Rd. The attendant was fine, but the customers who came in and out looked like crack heads. The storage area of the truck smelled like wet dogs when we opened the back. The cab was far from "clean". He did not go over any information, just handed me the form and had me sign it.

Supposed to use self checkout. It did not work. The guy at the counter made me wait 10 minutes for my actual res time and it still did not work. The truck had gum and paper all over. Ordered blankets, but they did not have any. Over that location.

The 19.99 advertisement is very misleading, to go less than 50 miles and be charged Over 100.00 Was not expected, the cab of the truck was filthy with crushed chips and water bottles left from the previous customer, will not use u-haul again
