"This location is terrible. I rented a truck and returned it the same day, but they didn't close the return on the system . I called over the following four days, and finally, the return was completed. But those days drove me crazy. I called U-Haul customer service every day, and I also called the location. I believe it's the guy working at that location—he's not doing his job well. Normally, they complete it in two or three hours, but this time they didn't.

Get a dolly for the truck rentals. I called everywhere and no one had a dolly to loan.
Kea MTruck was in poor mechanical condition, drove very rough and had no fuel in it at pickup. Some debris left in truck scrim previous use. Separately had multiple issues using U-Haul website to finalize pickup, had to call customer service 6 times total to get rental started. DO NOT USE U-Haul.
