My original pick up location in Belleville did not have a truck when I arrived at my pick up time. They said they had no trucks available because whoever rented it never returned it. I feel like I should have been notified before I got to their location. The guy behind the counter was basically saying oh well. He then sent me to Newark which the people there were excellent!

Make sure the trucks are clean inside the truck I had I had to sweep and mop cuz it was dirty and dusty had lost of wood dust or something. Inside the can the cup holders had some old soda or coffee in it it was sticky. You guys should wipe down the inside of the cab before a new customers gets it.

Jeff Davis GM. Builying me to pay 1 and a half hour of late arrival with vehicles when i had to deal with a flst tire and i called to inform them.Mr. Davis also told me this is his store & that he will do what he wants to. He charged me for an extra day of rental for both the truck and the car transport... I ended up paying because he wouldn't resolve this issue at his location...and I already wasted almost 3 hrs of my time trying to resolve this matter thru his location and the call center..The staff was not friendly and he was very unprofessional. Flat tire issue called to inform them that I would be late with my drop off and was told that I would not be charged for any late fees by regional offices... spoke or attempted to resolve issue thru call center with too many customer service representatives....tired exhausted after traveling 3 days with a car transport that I got zero instructions for how to use and had to figure out myself. ..was told it would be $20 to show me how to use car transport. ...this is a unbelievable practice...this is dangerous for all....not a good way to insure the safety of all of us.... I spent a total of over $2300...in cash This service issue with call centers and service issue at location is extremely unprofessional and the amount I spent was not worth all these issues... cannot see myself or ANYONE I know ever using uhaul again after this experience

have your interstate offices speak to each other. this is the worst experience i have ever had renting a vehicle. and nobody has yet to even comp me any miles.

Improve your system so the customer know what is available at the time of the reservation. Do not allow customer to make a reservation for a location the vehicle is no located or make a disclosure so the customer is aware before confirming.
