Difficulty in making myself understood as I don't speak Spanish. Using the app to pick up a van is laborious, idiosyncratic, and time consuming. I have a corporate account. I should be able to do all the paperwork in advance at my desk and then just pick up the van. I would love for UHaul management to come with me to pick up a van and see what's involved. It takes far too long. Your competitors do a much better job of managing the pick up process.
