Wasn’t so much this location it was the fact that I had a truck reserved near my location. It cost me an additional $30 in gas and $150 in time for my moving guys and was not even offered any discount. I will be sure to inform my entire circle of friends and family as well as the 1900 employees at my family’s 9 businesses. I’m sure this will not concern a company the size of U-Haul. That’s actually what bother’s me most. Zero Discount Offered and it was very last minute that I was informed. I was actually hung up on and not called back. If any of this matters you’re welcome to reach me at 972-342-7871. Larry Langford
Larry LIt was a clean convenient and friendly place would definitely recommend to a friend and I’ve already been there several times using the same location
JEREMIAH WIt was a great experience!
Bradley GI went to pick up the truck and it was literally in someone’s backyard. Nobody was there to meet me. They keys were in the console and the lock on the gate was not locked so I could just walk in and grab the truck. The truck smelled of cigarettes and when I turned it on, it said zero miles until empty for fuel. The paperwork said they gave me a fuel credit of $37 and all I needed to do was return it with a quarter tank. I went to the closest gas station and filled the truck with 55 gallons of fuel. The fuel “credit” of $37 would not even cover the quarter tank I would have to return it with. The truck was out of alignment and the steering wheel was off to the left when going straight. When I got home from picking it up, I realized there was severe tire damage to the front passenger tire and a Chunk of rubber was missing down to the cords. The rear tires were also so bald, you couldn’t even see tread. I called the contact number for where I picked up the U-Haul and they told me they couldn’t do anything to help. I then called roadside assistance and went through a long process of getting a replacement truck. The new truck I picked up had 3/4 tank gas and the one I returned was still full. When I returned the second truck after my move, I returned it with 1/4 tank and they charged me $112 as a fuel fee… doesn’t add up. The whole experience was extremely frustrating.
