Very bad location. To pick-up the van which I booked took me more than hour. The guy can't find my profile (work from phone) and worst he let me wait in the store because he took picture with phone in the store and talked with samebody.Verry unprofessional and NO respect for customers.I needed to go to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Newmarket and theese guys find my order right away and called this guy and explained him how to work.I came back to location to pick up the van and again I wait long time because the guy was unprofessional. I worked before with U-Haul and your good reference was broken by guys like this one.CAREFULL U-HAUL WHAT COLABORATORS YOU TAKE!!!!!!
