ROY SStaff rude and nonchalant or attentive. Pulled up to drop truck, no one assisted. When I parked the truck to go inside if the shop, staff spije and told me I couldn't leave the truck there it would be towed! I had no intent on leaving truck there, both staff saw me sitting in front of neither provided assistance.
IRIS OI should’ve checked more thoroughly before renting the truck, but I only received 4 of the 6 moving blankets I reserved, and was given an appliance dolly instead of the furniture dolly which I requested as it was absolutely useless moving this piano.
