My schedule was 8:00 a.m. and I didn’t get the truck till after 10 a.m. The UHAUL associate told me different things at different times. At the end of the day, I was given a false bill. Worse still, the associate that was regularly calling and texting me is no longer taking my calls, not returning my calls, not responding to my voicemails, and not responding to my text messages. It looks like the false charges that I thought were a mistake was actually intentional
