King was the best for friendly customer service and great communication!
John YI was happy to find the equipment I needed and drove 40 miles to get it. The sweet lady running the mercantile was in no way capable of backing the truck to the trailer and lifting it on to attach to the truck. Luckily a customer showed up and helped me do it. The truck was dirty, mostly just the windshield covered in dirt. The auto transport's tied down had been cut and I was not able to tie down my car. I had to go to a Tractor Supply store and buy some rope to use.
