It was very confusing. They called me multiple times to ask the same question. They said I returned my truck when I didn't and all the info on my contract wasn't for the truck I had. Very unorganized

Better quotes/ explanations from U-Haul about cost, not the pick up place, we used mobile pick up and the final bill was over $200 more than what the app said it would be. Was a bit shocking.
Josh SThe older lady that ran the day shift at uhaul/car wash made us wait 1 hour before we where able to leave with trailer. Her attitude was crap and when it came to person I'd she didn't explain that the person driving the truck had to give id and the person whom rented trailer didn't have to give id
