I was treated poorly and got accused of not putting in gas when I actually (accidentally) put more than what was required. The female staff was condescending and rude right from the start, I dropped off U-Haul a few hours earlier. There was some graffiti on the truck (how I picked it up) that the staff made it feel like that was on me.
