I had mobile pick up for sunday @ 10:00am. When i went to location and try to do mobile pick up. it says i had to call contact customer service. when i called customer service they inform me that i will to fid another location to rent uhaul to truck due to location doesnt have truck key as they closed on Sundays. I was not notified till i went to location and app to tole me to call Uhaul 1-800 number. why Uhaul booked my truck if the location was closed and even calling me infomed me? I hope to get answer.

10292 - 10302 That was my tour. And they charged me 58.41, I don't understand why. When I booked it on the website, it said the price was 30.00. I HAVE IMAGES
JUAN LEverything was up to date but had problems with passage mirror lose would be good if the vehicle was more maintained or checked for small eras like this as I was driving it keep moving other then that truck is good

dan wKind of dumpy gas station but the staff even thugh it was closed per the app were there and took care of my check in I changed my overall from average mostly because of the location to above average because the staff was so helpful.
