Didn’t get our U-Haul until well over 30 minutes after being there with computer issues?
Allyssa CIt’s a furniture store there’s no signs or directions it’s located in a Walmart parking lot and the gentleman that works there is not friendly at all.

Benjamin DThe guy that took me through the store to get the U-Haul walked out back handed me a key and said it’s one of those, he then turned arms and left. I didn’t think to ask where the drop box was located and he didn’t mention it. I looked for 40 minutes at 10:00 pm and couldn’t find it. So I took the key with me and returned it Tuesday. The back of the U-Haul looked like it hadn’t been swept in quite a while. Terrible customer service. I did call the 800# to let U-Haul know I’d return the key Tuesday.
