Gave me incorrect instructions that sent me on the runaround. Didn't do inspection prior to giving van. van was very dirty. charged me for 2 days when i did return it after hours the first day. They said just put keys in box and would be fine but they double charged me and it woiuldn't have been resolved if i didn't check myself and call customer service
