There was no one at the location when we arrived. Tried both number listed at the location and both went to voice mail. Called U haul and did speak to people who also tried to locate someone. Had no luck at first and wanted me to go to another location more than an hour away. I asked them to verify that someone would be there and they were unable to contact that location as well. In the meantime, they finally located someone to help me at this location, but she was not usually the person that deals with rentals. She did finally get me on our way, but I was at the location for about an hour and a half.
