Not sure as it was an after hours drop off. I did place the key in a slot I thought was the correct location, as it was on the main door. I later saw the drop box and hope the keys are recoverable. If this is not the proper drop box I would suggest the establishment place a sign on the door as to the proper location for key drop off so as not to confuse customers.
KEVIN PChris was super helpful in making the rental experience smooth and easy. I will definitely call this location again when I need another truck!!
