1st he automatically added insurance coverage. When I realized it I asked for a new contract without the charge. It delayed my rental for 30-45 mins because he did not know how to make a new contract. Then I returned the truck with the right amount of gas 1/4 tank. Im sudddenly billed for fuel charges which I will dispute. I use Uhaul very often i won’t ever use this location again nor recommend it. Go to the main location on Nw 7th Ave in north Miami they don’t do this mess.

Daniel FThe truck was not in the best condition, had a low pressure tire, that’s safety!!! I was charged for some furniture pads but they were not there. I returned the vehicle 5 hours after it was picked up and apparently the deliver was not reported, i received a phone call the next day asking me to return the vehicle.
Alejandro RFrom the very moment I asked if the truck was available I was assisted the entire time. Everyone was very friendly and took their time to make sure I was able to rent what I needed. Definitely would recommend the place I went to.
