Dusty GDid a mobile pick up; could not get internet service at this location to pick up the truck. I had a 4pm pick up time, I was not able to get access to the truck till 7pm. 3 hours it took to pick up the truck
Jeremiah CI had a couple bumps when picking the u haul up, but the customers service was very helpful and resolved thw issue.
