Have all your UHaul locations equip available with Auto transport or trucks all sizes so you don't have to travel 30 mins to another location because you don't have the equipment there or have your staff bring it to the location you needed it at. I did not appreciate having to travel extra miles after I had driven 6 hour to pick up this transport. Don't say you have it on my location of choice and then have me drive extra to some other place.

It was a terrible experience, went to the original location to pick up the truck and sent to helens from there, so already starting late. After getting far from there, received call to turn around and come switch trucks because we were given the wrong truck. ended up not being able to do the job we needed truck for because of the time, so now have to reschedule. We were told when returned truck to call customer service for a refund, customer service said they would call back with approval so our money would be refunded. It is now 3:25 pm and still no return call or refund if money.

Not necessarily a reflection of the pickup location--the service person was great--but the inside of the truck box was fairly dirty with soil, etc. and the the interior of the windshield was quite dirty, which made it a bit of a challenge when the sun was in my eyes. The truck was what I was looking for and a very reliable otherwise.

I was given the truck and paperwork for someone else. Because of this I am now being charged for that other person's tolls.

It would have been great if the staff had made me aware of what to do to return the Uhaul when they would be closed after the designated drop off time.

The uhaul online application for dropping off is terrible and failed to work. No instructions at drop off location on what to do in order to return the rented vehicle.

The truck was making the trip from Rhode Island to Florida, approx 1500 miles the first week of July. It was discovered after a few hours into the trip that the air conditioning was not working making for a long hot trip.

The customer service agent lacked the knowledge to correctly explain how the contract was being carried out so there was confusion about the return time of the truck and he tried to charged me an additional $130 when I returned it supposedly an hour later than it was supposed to be there.

The counter person was inexperienced due to being a new dealer but everything was fine and the equipment was just what I needed. I am glad i called the 800 number because U Haul found this new location that was close to me.
