The closing time is too early, because I had a hard time giving the keys 🔑 back and I didn't have a code for the lockbox, so I was a little bit overwhelmed 😔

This is the second time that I rent a Uhaul truck from this location. Last year when I first rented a truck there, no one in the office at 9 a.m. which is the time I booked to pick up the trunk. I called the contact number and the gentleman told me that he will be there soon. He then showed 1 hour later, it messed up my whole moving schedule This week I will give them another chance as I thought it may be just a one of instance last year. Again when I showed up at 9 a.m., no one is there at the office. I called the contact number again and he didn't even know that I have a booking and it is the same, the gentleman showed up 1 hour later and open the door and gave me the truck I am not sure if they are really want to doing this business and I will never go back there again Thank you
