The biggest issue was at pickup. The employee who assisted me appeared unfamiliar with the rental process and was unable to communicate effectively in English. As a result, it took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete a simple trailer rental. The delay was caused by the employee not knowing how to properly process the rental and having difficulty communicating with customers.
GEORGE RUnrelated to the location, but the door opening of the trailer was actually smaller than stated on the website…actually 5’ instead of 5’1”. I had to move a 5’ crate and literally had to squeeze it in. I suggest checking the dimensions for all trailer door openings and updating the website accordingly.
