The location and people working were friendly. However - despite booking for pick up in Elk Grove with a furniture dolly and moving blankets - at the last minute I was changed to pick up in Northlake. The Northlake location did not have the correct dolly nor did they have furniture blankets. I was still charged $20 for the furniture blankets though I never used them. Please make sure to adjust this.DANIEL L.

As a regular customer I was very disappointed terrible experience at this location When arriving I couldn't get the data needed to get the key because U-Haul had me owed $143.00 from a later rental which was not valid Contact 800# and it was taken care of!!!Return to app for 1hour couldn't get key Call 800#again waiting on hold for 30mins finally got walk through the steps got key@7:30 reservation was @5:30pm 2long terrible hours delays in a hurry I click yes for all answers No!!!!!!! Now the truth The inside of the van was terrible dirty dusty maybe COVID germs and full of cigarette smoke I don't smoke it was disgusting also the brakes oh my God check them stopping the noise and low!!!!! This location should not allow renter to clean the trucks no it Covid 19 I will never use this location again I will soon contact U HAUALSheryl P.

What a rip-off! Charged a $25 'cleaning fee' because we didn't fold the furniture pads we rented. (We challenged the fee and were told that's what the 'mess' was).Garnet W.

We had a time access the Truck do to you had a high call in volume the app could access my location it would be great if you put all information need for the app to work in a email before picking up the retail I did everything on line and thought it was good. My initial pickup was at 7:00 am I was waiting for a customer service rep to get on the line for 48 min and then was transferred to another rep and wait a additional 20 min I like Uhaul and will rent again but this was a bad experience. The man who "helped" me with the truck was VERY rude it was as if he had no manners at all. Clean the windows and mirrors. Everytime I rent a truck, the windows and mirrors are water-spotted. The last 3 times i've rented this was the case. Otherwise, everything is great.mike S.
