A lot better communication and lot better lighting and better pictures on the website of for the truck is located truck wouldn't even at the location it was down the road at another location truck was supposed to been ready by 5:00 we never got to pull out to 9:30 that morning put it that far behind and was only compensated $50. I will never do business again with this location worse setup I've ever seen. Out in the cold talking to your house customer service going around buildings and stuff trying to find a key box feet wet very unprofessional. I called and talked to customer service the night before his truck was supposed to been ready by 5:00 and when I got there it had been set up for 3:00 that morning then they wanted to charge me $50 for being late when it was supposed to been 5:00 but she also tells me that I could pick up the truck anytime after midnight we're set up I've ever seen I'm telling you I was so disappointed. I pray I never have to rent another one.
