Have drop off be in the same place as pick up.

- the electronics indicated that the right rear tire was under inflated when I picked up the car - the electronics indicated that the oil needed to be changed - the van was supposed to be half full, but it was 3/8 full when I picked up the car, and I had to go back inside and re-do the contract

Staff was incompetent, I had to waste 40 minutes because they didn't know how to pull up a reservation and didn't want to call for help. It cost me $50 for an extra hour of labor and wasted my husband and my time.

There was some confusion when I went to pick up the van. Apparently it hadn't been checked in correctly the night before. But the clerk figured it out quickly and things moved smoothly after that.

No one came out to walk around the truck, the gas & the mileage was different from what they had on contract, the truck was filled with garbage & I had to wait for it to be cleaned out.

Pickup was simple, dropoff was not. Attendant made me go back to van and take photo of mileage and fuel. He was too busy selling lottery tickets to be helpful or complete my return. Other Norwalk locations easier.

More experienced personnel. Explanation of billing practices to customers is a MUST prior to rental! Credir card and license info shoukd be gatheredvat time of rental, NOT over the phone after the rental is driven away. Paper receipt should be available, NOT reference numvers written on a note paper or the “option” of the personnel taking a “screen shot” of the computer screen with the customer's phone. When the rental is for 24-hours, they should NOT be asking you, from a menu of pre-set timeframes, which one you want, e.g. 4 hours, 7 hours, back before closing when you come at 3:30 and closing is 8:30. 24 hours is 24 hours. Lesson learned here: DON'T EVER RENT A U-HAUL FROM BAGEL KING!! Rent a U-haul from an actual U-haul dealer!!

I could not return vehicle off hours. I had to pay for 1 more day. I was told Fuel tank was full when I picked it up.It was not. Mileage rate was higher at this location.

It's a neighborhood pickup. Google places needs to pick up the location (beagle deli store) and not have the customer guess

This is the worst UHaul location I have ever been to. The location is a busy deli and while trying to pick up my vehicle; was constantly interrupted by deli customers wishing to make a purchase. Further, the vehicle was filthy! Wrappers, half eaten sandwich, empty bottles all left in the cab. In regards to the vehicle itself, the following issues were noted: battery died twice, a leak under the vehicle whenever parked for more than a few hours, and such an engine that was so loud (not in a good way) that my passenger and I could not have a conversation next to each other. Upon returning the car and parking it 1/10 a mile away from the drop off- the person at the desk asked for miles and was unwilling to go out and look at the vehicle. When's i reported the issues of the vehicle it was responded with a "it's not my problem- I don't care." Never renting from this location ever again!
