The guy was nice but computer down and couldn’t give us a trailer,then said the could and uhaul did a check out over phone that took forever, whole check out was a3 hour process between two trips there . Dirt Road bumpy with potholes so thought that why trailer was bumpy, didn’t realize till after it was loaded and my helpers gone that it was only able to ride15mph

Excellent customer service
ERIC SI had difficulty uploading a picture of my license via my phone as for some reason the pictures were getting blocked by the security settings on my work phone. The person at Radiant Storage was excellent on working through the issue on his phone. It would seem to make sense to have a small scanner at the desk, as I have run into this issue before at UHaul.
