We were in the middle of nowhere and could not get into the lock box for 45 min because of the lock. We were on the phone for 45 min with customer service tryimg to help. Finally after 45 min we were able to open the lock after much messing with it because it was very hard and rusted or something. We were in a time crunch and already had to drive 25 min away to get the truck and were set back another hour. It was very frustrating.

Maybe a little more heads up that it would take roughly 30-60 minutes to complete pick up. Reception is not the best out there so uploading pictures takes a long while.
Kimberly PCell service is very poor so its hard to get photos uploaded. Windshield was covered with 1/2" of ice with no scraper, it took alot of my time to get it road ready.
