Stop using fly-by-night businesses who have a side hustle in one or two U-Haul trucks to rent them out. The trucks are in poor condition and the business operators don’t care. This is my second bad experience in two months with these kind of places, and it took five trucks to complete two rentals.

The gentleman who took care of us that morning was efficient and personable. The truck was very clean, had a full tank, and the a/c worked well. I would definitely rent from this location again!
