Consider offering a translate function for the location to use on their side of your program. The agent managed but I feel the language barrieir slowed him down.

It took a very long time to get the van that was preordered online. From missing keys to a replacement with a broken door, the equipment was not ready for pick up. Very kind gentleman, but the equipment was sorely lacking and the process very inefficient.
