I don't know of anything that Sum Storage could have done to improve the experience we had with them during our recent rental and move. They went way beyond anything most people would expect during a truck rental and move. These guys are so professional!

Very congested and hard to back the trailer in to drop off. However my main concern is the original renting location got all of my information incorrect while still taking a picture of my DL. They had incorrect home address and size of my vehicle pulling the rental. I was misquoted for pricing of rental and insurance. Was told I could easily drop off the equipment in my hometown of Midland NC but was then sent an email stating that I had to take the rental nearly an hour from my address to drop off. Then when I called about this I had to speak with 7 different agents who ultimately couldn’t assist me with anything. I was told that midland Uhaul didn’t accept trailers but when I drove by they had multiple trucks and trailers in their parking lot. But was told I still had to drive nearly an hour away to return the equipment. While the equipment was clean and serviced the process needs a lot of attention.
