Location was fine but my issue was with uhaul. - I originally made my reservation at a different location. When I arrived and tried to get my truck, I wasn’t able to. I called customer service and they said there was an issue with the location and rebooked me to a different location 5 miles away. - when I got to the second location, they couldn’t find my reservation. The man at the second location had to create a new booking for me. - in short: the staff at the second location (Mi Carnal) were great. My experience with uhaul was subpar.

Nathan CThe Mi Carnal Market U-Haul reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about the renting process. They even went beyond their role by showing me how to put the van into Drive and Reverse gear. However, the U-Haul van contained barely enough of gasoline in which to drive to my pick-up destination. In future, the U-Haul representatives should ensure that there is an adequate supply to begin with.

ally AI was supposed to have close to a full tank of gas..I barely made it a mile and a half to the gas station to get gas in it. Plus it was dirty inside the uhaul front and back.
