It was terrible. The van came with no gas in the tank on the E I had to put $40 in there for gas plus the air-conditioning didn’t work in the van so it was hot using it and I had to pay for this vehicle.
VIVEEN LThis location needs to be guided with proper management and a better understanding of S.O.P. as well as a limit on excessive charges. The Vendor needs training on fair / moral business practices and a better understanding of U-Haul values.
Daniel BThere communication is horrible and they want to charge me for there mistakes I rent the truck one way and there was no drop location after I told them it was out of state they put the truck to return back at the same location now they want to charge me $1900 can you imagine
