This location needs to be guided with proper management and a better understanding of S.O.P. as well as a limit on excessive charges. The Vendor needs training on fair / moral business practices and a better understanding of U-Haul values.

There communication is horrible and they want to charge me for there mistakes I rent the truck one way and there was no drop location after I told them it was out of state they put the truck to return back at the same location now they want to charge me $1900 can you imagine
