I made a reservation for a van. When I arrived at the U haul location, they were closed. There was a doorbell camera so I rang it. Someone answered me and asked if I made a reservation. I gave the person my name to look up my reservation. He said he found it and he wants me to take photo of my driver's license while I'm standing outside in the sun. This is ridiculous!! How am I going to send my personal information on the phone to whom I don't know. This is nonsense. I told the person to cancel my reservation.
DAHLIA AI dropped off a vehicle trailer at this location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The posted hours say 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but when I arrived at 11:30 no one was there. I had to call and eventually got in touch with Greg, who came out to meet me later. When he did arrive, he didn’t assist me with disconnecting the trailer at all — I had to handle everything myself. Overall, I didn’t find the service professional or helpful.
GIOVANNY FThe Associate to whom I spoke was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the truck rented to me was not cleaned prior to it being rented to me. In addition, both driver and passenger seats could not be moved back or front, as the lever on both seats was not working.
