The app was helpful in walking me through the cargo van pick up and drop off step by step. Everything went smoothly as planned.
David WPicking up the vehicle using the app was a nightmare. I couldn't advance from the page with the driver's license info. Had to call the toll free # and the rep guided me. This is the 2nd time I used the app and had the same problem. You must make the process much easier.
RICKIE BThe drop off instructions were incorrect. They do not have a place for key drop off. Was required to put the keys back into the back of the truck.
