The process worked fine. However, during the rental period, the U-Haul app did not work at all. Thankfully the webapp worked fine, but it would have wated significant time during the rental check-in if I hadn't realised beforehand that the app was completely broken.

David WPicking up the vehicle using the app was a nightmare. I couldn't advance from the page with the driver's license info. Had to call the toll free # and the rep guided me. This is the 2nd time I used the app and had the same problem. You must make the process much easier.
RICKIE BThe drop off instructions were incorrect. They do not have a place for key drop off. Was required to put the keys back into the back of the truck.
