Robert MThe small truck I requested was not available so I had to rent a big truck. It was hard to drive because it was so big. I wish the truck I ordered had been available.
WALK JGood dealer, nice people. Vehicle was clean and ready.
Martin ZI booked the truck, and the price was $90. I was charged $115. The truck was empty of fuel, and I was told to put gas in the truck. Furthermore, I was assured I would be reimbursed for the fuel I had to put in the truck. However, I only received a reimbursement of $ 40, which is far less than what was promised. When I voiced my concerns about these issues, the staff at the drop-off location simply stated that they were unable to assist due to company policy, leaving me feeling utterly disregarded and dissatisfied.
