The windshield was really dirty. I had to wash it. The windshield wipers were not good. The gas tank was at 1/2 tank. You need to clean your trucks and check what works.

No one was at the location when we dropped the trailer. We were able to reach them by phone and told to just drop the trailer.
DARYL MThe app kept messing up at pickup and drop off. So it took about 20-30 minutes each time. I had the truck back before 1:00 but took the pictures and went to submit and it said an error occurred. They did not have the appliance dolly I requested so put a small dolly in the truck but it was too small to use at all. So I should be refunded for that. I estimated 15 miles and only used 14.4. The location was great but the app was not so great.
