Barley spoke English didn't have a clue how to do anything. I had to call corporate to get anything done. Local district manager never answered to even help. Wouldn't go back!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall went smooth and easy checkout.
BRIAN PNo electrical wiring connection on the trailer, which I had to lift, hook up and test myself. Oh and I had to drive an HOUR from where I made the reservation.
Paul LI was sent to a different town than I had initially reserved. I was given a much larger truck than I had reserved and told I didn’t have a choice. The employee at the pickup location was clearly stoned.
Katherine TThe location is cramped and a little creepy.
