No problems turning in the truck quick easy and fast

This place opened at 9am so I arrived at 8:30 am and I was first in line. I had an online reservation. Ryan took care of me at the counter and radioed to the guys outside about my tow dolly. I was in a hurry due to north bound traffic on I-15 on Sunday. I walked outside and the two guys working outside were already helping other customers with U-Hauls and people that were behind me in line we’re being helped also before me, so I finally asked one of the workers about my tow dolly and only then he started to help me. My suggestion is; when people come first they should be help first plus it’s only fair and get them out of the way and then next in line and so on. Nothing is more upsetting when you make an effort and sacrifice to get there first in line and see 3 sets of customers behind come and go before you. Just be fair!!!!

I am very happy with this location. I come here for propane refills as well as for trailer rentals. With this particular 5x10 trailer rental, the inside was clean, but the door did not latch properly. (That's why I was unable to check "well maintained.") That said, the handle was adjusted pretty quickly so that it could latch. Even at that, though, when I arrived at my destination, the door again would not latch properly on its own; I had to use my foot to lift the mechanism so it would latch. Not a big deal, but I to keep it in mind. The people here -- especially those outside -- work very hard to ensure prompt, attentive service. Minor mechanical issues notwithstanding, it is their dedication that deserves the "Excellent" rating and which will keep me coming back.

I rented a trailer yesterday and was supposed to have it returned by 5 pm today. I ended up needed it a tad longer and then I hit traffic on my way to the location. I was 2 hours late for dropping it off. When I called letting them know the person I talked to said that if I didn’t make it by 7pm that I had to return it tomorrow because at 7 their systems turn off and they have to have a manager override to do anything. Then I said that it has me getting there right at 7 and she said to just return it tomorrow morning and I asked if this was going to cost me another day and she said no. Well I get there right at like 650 and when I go check out the guy tells me that it’s 80$ and not 40$ when I question it he had no idea why and when I said I wanted to talk to someone inside about it he said that they were closed now. So I took the charge. I’m just upset that I was told i wouldn’t get charged a second day and that apparently everything stops at 7 whether there’s customers or not.

The girl who helped me out was very courteous and nice, everything about her was great. The location is awful, it’s very hard to get in and out of, zero parking and not organized at all. Seems highly overcrowded with vehicles and understaffed. The carpet cleaning machine did not work correct at all, it never stopped pouring water out the minute it was turning on so it over saturated my carpets. It was so hectic inside the office when I rented it there was no way I was going to try and call or try and return, only option was to work with what I had. I would guess it’s poor maintenance of the machine. Overall experience was well below average,and not happy with them but I do want to make sure the girl who rented it to me gets credit for being nice and doing her job well. They don’t have enough people in the office

Only one exception and that is; if a client enquires about multiple rentals such as dollies and vehicles a second person should present a valid ID or LICENSE in order to keep a/the rental/s per means of the renter/s. Other than that nothing is due for improvement.

I wish you would have a prorated rate I used the vehicle for just a couple of hours to pick up a couch and I know you rented it again today You already make a huge amount on mileage .69 cents is hefty

Improvement : if a customer is picking up before the store hours it shouldn’t be so complicated to get the keys in the lock box. I had to download the app, take a photo of myself and my license front and back and give two peoples phone numbers at 530am..... make it easier for customers before picking up the rental

The customer service at the front did not know what she was doing. It took too long just to rent a truck. In other locations it takes less than half the time it took at this location. The staff seemed overwhelmed and that made them less professional. The guy who seemed to be supervisor was playing on his phone instead of helping, to reduce the wait time. The service was horrible and the truck had the engine light on the entire time I had it in my possession. I was worried it would break down. U-Haul, please do better at this location. Other locations are doing ok. Thank you

Your gas gage policy is very inconvenient. You should have it be full tank like other rental companies. My truck had 1/4 of a tank, which is pretty hard to reproduce if you actually need to get gas using the truck.

Make sure that there is enough fuel for the next person, I was told I had 1/4 tank of gas and when I went around the block the fuel gauge lit up.
