Donna was friendly and humorous and efficient. Humor really helps break the tension when you're renting a truck. You rent a truck to move big things or numerous small things, and you know you're facing a timeline and a potential back ache. The pick up process for my Cargo van could not have been smoother. It looks like a well secured storage facility that I would not hesitate to use should I ever have short term storage needs. 5 Stars. The best vehicle rental experience I've ever had. :)
