The biggest issue was that I requested the U Haul at Billy Hext which is closer to me; this was really really inconvenient for my move. I also needed to by more items from the Uhaul store, which was why I requested that location (therefore Uhaul lost some sales). This is a problem with Uhaul's business process not the actual pick up location. Very frustrating. When I say that I recommend this location, this is because they did their job, but I really needed to get the truck on the other side of town, which was closer to my house - along with more boxes that required a trip to Lowe's. Trucks could use better insulation; the noise was crazy loud; sounded like a large 4 engine prop plane. Lots of rattling in the cab too.

Th truck was clean and the information that was relayed was only partially accurate.. The engine of the truck sounded like it was falling apart even though the apperance of the vehicle would defenitely mislead you. I wouldnt reccomeened location or services.
