Do not change your system. Everything went well with uhauls equipment. You have an excellent employee named Jesús Noriega, who showed us why uhaul was the best choice. He gave us service above and beyond his normal duty. Jesus discovered a flaw on our suburban trailer light hook Up and provided sound suggestions. Customer service sucked! Could have been told that if I just keep the truck for an extra day it's only 40 bucks instead of paying over 100 bucks two days in a row for a truck since I brought it back. Also could have been told that hey we do offer free boxes instead of having to buy boxes. Ended up spending over 300 dollars in 3 days on your trucks because your employees either failed to let me know or just flat out didn't care!! And wanted to get as much money out of me as possible!!! Very unsatisfied with the staff there on Wall Street in Ogden! Would never tell anyone to go there would refer budget trucks or insist another rout before ever using uhaul again!!

Maybe I missed something, but I needed to move from Utah County to Weber county. I desired to rent a truck fromm approximately 12:00pm on a Friday, and return the equipment by closing on Saturday. I was initially told I could only have the truck for 12 hours. Eventually I was told I could have the truck for 24 hours. I'm not exactly sure how rentals are charged as far a hours go, but at a minimum I would expect any rental to last at least 24 hours, and even if I went beyond that, i'd be fine to pay for the extra time needed to be able to complete my move, but I felt like I didn't even have that option. This could be one of 3 issues: 1) employee is not educated. 2) customers are not educated. 3) bad policy.

I was asked if a certain number of miles would be enough, I agreed but it was only giving me 6 miles more than required just to get from the pick up location to the drop off. I made it work and was barely under the milage discussed, but then at the drop off location found out the milage that was actually given in my contract was less than discussed and less than it would take to get from pick up to drop off location. As a result I was charged extra for milage. Seems I was intentionally ripped off.

Process was better than I expected. The employee, however, spoke as though I should already know what was going on and way too quickly.



The representative that helped me was first rate, In the past there were occasions that I have had to put up with impolite, discourteous and down right stupid young women who worked at Uhaul. This was NOT the case this time. I don't know what you pay your employee's but this is not easy work and if you are going to keep good people you need to pay them well. That might explain why there are different people working there each time rent a trailer.

I waited inside the facility for about 10 minutes and the lady that was inside never greeted me or said that she would be with me shortly. She was assisting another couple of patrons but she could have at least acknowledged my presence. I did not receive any assistance until Benjamin came in to help me.

Looked online for pricing, was surprised by out the door price after fees and taxes. Did not have size trailer for my needs, so I was forced to get a larger trailer than I wanted, which cost more than expected. Inconvenient wait time when I arrived at the store there was only one employee who was with a customer, but she did not greet me and seemed to be in a social conversation with the customer. Inconvenient that to get a trailer I wanted at another location I cannot return to my nearest location without fees. I am not completely unhappy, my basic needs were met, but not without more expense and inconvenience than necessary. Next time I will look for a service that can do better.

Took an hour to get my truck so that cut my 6 hours down to 5. Asked for a 5x10 storage unit but was assigned a 5x5 so we had to go redo everything... Took way to long when I was on a time crunch and had movers waiting
