The people were great, and even worked with me when I had to extend my rental. The truck was in decent condition, except for the dead spot in the steering (Which was located where the wheels would be straight, thus making every minor correction a little less than minor.) My only real complaint is with the website, which offered me a free service (equipment delivery) that was ostensibly available at the location, and for which I signed up. However, I learned a bit too late no one at the store had even heard of. As a result, I ended up walking more than three miles to pick up the truck.

Trailer had a lot of sway, both empty and loaded. No way to remove trailer if we needed to take just a vehicle somewhere without taking our whole load. Decided that next time we will just rent a box van.

When I reserved a car dolly online I was never told it was only for 6 hours and I was not told I needed a 4 flat adaptor to hook up. You guys made me pay $14 for a new adaptor when I had 2 of them sitting at home. Seems like a scam to me.

Trailer was NOT inspected properly. Ridiculous Dangerous Situation. We were lucky we did Not have an accident. The Employees were New and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The young lady that helped us was the only one who seemed more experienced and was overwhelmed by the pressure of the other non experienced employees. The bolts and brakes were rusted and trailer was damaged. Should have gotten Better Attention as a NEW Customer I Did Not Feel well cared for.

Absolutely nothing! I was quickly serviced and thoroughly informed before I took off. When I returned the materials and truck, I was received promptly where a happy rep checked me in and sent me on my way after inspection. I’ve used a few Uhauls and this has been my best experience ever. I’m using them the next time.

Overcharged on my billing. When I called to rectify, they told me they were going to charge me more for the alleged damage. There was no damage when I returned it. The Uhaul employee inspected the truck upon return and closed it out. How can Uhaul possibly think it's okay to just charge my credit card more the next day? I spoke to the manager and she said she reimbursed me the charges but that it would take 3-5 days to finalize. We'll see if that's true. If it isn't, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. But this is just bad business. There is no way I'd recommend these guys to anybody. The entire experience was horrible. They try to gouge you for any cost they possibly can. I have to do another big move in late March or early April - I will be looking for a Penske company for that one.

When I arrived at the moving location, I opened the trailer and discovered at least three dozen blankets piled near the back. When I took them out, I discovered a furniture dolly underneath them. I would have been really angry had my space been tighter than it was since these items took up valuable space that I was planning on being available.

I have rented from this location a number of times. Very easy to work with, but because it is popular, sometimes there is a wait. But highly recommend this location because of their friendly staff.

I have no complaints. I reserved online. Walked in the next morning and was off in the van within 10-15 minutes. The van was perfect. It helped my move go smooth. And drop off was great. I will be coming back when I need to move my stuff again. Thank you all very much.

Big Disappointment, computer problems, staff is not trained (only one person is qualified to work on her own....suspect the digital odometer in the truck I had is reading incorrectly...driver's door kept saying it was ajar when given to me, the truck's cab was a mess, coffee stains....I pick it up early in the morning and everything I pointed out, the rep said all that stuff was already documented in the computer and last be not least, the fuel cap was not secured property. The staff's demeanor upon return was OUTRAGEOUS and I look forward to speaking with the Office GM.

First, the website did not notify me that the location of pickup changed from my selected site - Two no address was provided on my confirmation email so I had no idea where to go to get my trailer..until the people were able to get into the computers to tell me. So fix your website! I cant believe you send everything but a pickup address... big joke. Other than the web screw up - The Uhaul process and site was fine and I would rate them at a 5 star

It was extremely confusing when we got there to try and drop the keys off in the after hours box. I ended up having to call customer service, and the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and walked me through the whole process. Overall it was okay, but having someone on the phone the whole time helping me through it definitely helped
