I was told to go to the wrong location to pick up my Uhaul. They said it was because the customer turned it in to the wrong location. I would suggest sending a text letting the next customer know where to pick it up.

Had reservation for 8:30 pm. The mobile device pickup wasn’t working correctly. I called the # attached and no one answered. He called back the next day and apologized. I picked my truck up the following day at 7am.

Pulled into the return line and a woman employee walked by and said she'd be right back. After waiting about 20 minutes and seeing a different employee go to a truck behind us I went in to see what was up. Inside was the woman and two guys standing behind the counter doing nothing. Woman said she had forgotten about us. Then a guy came out to check us in. If I need another rental I hope there is something other than U-Haul available.

When truck was brought out for hand over to me the driver handed the keys to me and headed into the store without a word. I stopped him to ask if I could check the fluids. He said sure, but it had been serviced. I devices to check the fluids later. I did a walk around alone. I opened the cargo bay a discovered hay residue everywhere. The counter person had me drive over to an area where it could be blown out. Before we left town I checked the fluids. The oil was down at least 2-3 quarts. The wiper fluid reservoir was filled with water and not wiper fluid. Later when we went across Wyoming the wiper fluid froze on the wind shield causing me to pull over twice to defrost the glass. Prior to leaving town I drove the truck back to uhaul to address the low oil issue. I talked to the manager at this time about the poor service. She said she would improve the training of she employees. During the 2,900 mi drive we put up with the defective radio, loud wind noise from both side windows- poor seals, and loud slipping/rattling noise from dash board unsecured around wind shield area.

Explain drop off time requirements. I was told that drop off was 5pm and then told it was noon by the drop off location. Got charged an extra $56 for this misinformation

I tried to increase the insurance on the car carrier as soon as I got home and read my contract It was not what I ask for so I called 1-800 662-4200 and was told I miss my 1/2 hour window and they could not help me This is the last time I will ever get anything from U-Haul I mean I will go out of my way to let everyone I know how I was treated

The assistant manager on duty on Thursday September 28th was awful, rude, obnoxious and downright rude. The person assisting me Lauren was very helpful , but the manager is NOT a manager but an inexperienced out of control authoritarian who caused endless customer service problems. he not only tried to gorge me for $10 more money, and at the same time he refused to accept responsibility for the poor service and the lack of control of his staff. I arrived at the U-Haul at 6:17pm with help to unload the trailer I had planned to return a day early on Thursday September 28th, 2017. The U Haul store computer system was down, unknown to most people in the store I was aware of this as I was the next person to be served. during this time, I could hear the assistant manager (the young man -with huge loops in his ears- working with a customer looking to use his credit cards.), yell at one of his assistants that he should use the bike to get to the units rather than walk, to which the assistant says that the use of the bike is a 'death trap' and he refuses to use it. in the meantime the time is now 6:32pm. I finally was served by 'Lauren' who did a great job of working hard under the circumstances allowing me to return the trailer as well as retaining a storage unit. 6:40pm I was at the storage unit to the side of the U-Haul and with help began unloading the trailer. i had was a 1/4 of the way through and then the assistant manager told me that he had to close the facility because the system locks down at 7pm. i told him that we still had time to unload and that he was being unreasonable especially due to the fact that it was U-Haul who caused the delay by their system being down. The manager said to me that the reason that the U-haul is being closed is due to my being late in the store and as a result of that, I have to now leave. i told him that I was here with plenty of time to unload my trailer but it was due to your system being down and the fact that you had a worker not helping in the store due to him refusing to ride the bike you had provided resulting in you taking more time to serve the customers. He stated again that the store system was not the reason and he did not mention that his other store assistant was not there due to his refusal to provide adequate safety equipment for the assistant to feel safe in doing his job. At which point I asked for the manager and he relishes in saying I am talking to the manager. I told him I would go over his head if I had to place my personal effects in the storage unit I had just rented. he then told me that the I could not only not enter the building but that he was now keeping my personal items at which point I said that this is stealing, and that he has no right to possess my personal items. the level of unreasonable behavior had gotten to the point that I called the police. At this point, the assistant manager had locked the entry to the storage facility and left for the front of the U Haul store. Th

I've rented several trailers and a moving truck here for my business. On my last visit the lady that helped me said she made a reservation for the following Saturday for me.. I did not receive an email by Friday, so I called. She didn't do anything, nor did she call back when I left a message. I was stuck in the rain with a truckload of AV equipment at a convention center and no UHaul rentals within 50 miles. Thanks for fucking me Uhaul!!

Website reservation process leaves A LOT to be desired. I reserved on the internet the truck I thought I would get, and your website let me reserve it, which led me to believe it was available. I had a reservation, after all. Then I got a call a couple of hours later from you saying the truck I had reserved was not available. This was after I had already depended on what the website told me, and couldn't change my plans. Your website should be managed so that if a customer makes a reservation on the website, then that reservation is firm and not subject to change in a later phone call. I ended up having to rent a much smaller vehicle then what I had counted on and reserved, which made things very difficult for me.
