I was ready to go at 7am. I had to walk outside to retrieve a representative who was helping another worker check in vehicles from the previous day. He seemed a little put out but warmed up as we talked. Other than that, an exemplary experience.

I was sent on a wild goose chase, through rush hour traffic, pulling a trailer, to a nonexistent uhaul location to return a trailer and get my car unloaded, which I needed. This bad information cost me 3 hrs and my moving help and I had to rely on my senior citizen parents who are not in good health to help me unload my heavy furniture, to my 4th floor apartment. I am disgusted and will not be utilizing uhaul personally and I do not recommend the company to anyone! Educate your employees for hell sake! Moving is already hard and stressful and this was completely avoidable had I not been given terrible guidance by a Uhaul employee!

THE PERSON TOLD ME I COULD RESERVE THEM BUT HE COULD NOT GUARANTEE THEY WOULD BE AT LOCATION THE MORNING I NEEDED THEM. I TOLD HIM THAT MADE NO SENSE, ASKED TO HAVE MANAGER CALL. NO CALL FROM MANAGER...WENT BACK IN AND ANOTHER WORKER ALLOWED ME TO RESERVE THEM. The customer service of this location can be improved greatly even the manager did some inappropriate things in my opinion that any customers should not have to experience a manager calling them a liar should not have to experience another employee telling themm one thing lying to them about it and turning around and denying even saying the thing at all to me this is poor poor customer service and even the customer service number the people there as well I feel should even work on their customer service because to tell people that they are wrong continually instead of getting someone to a manager when requested numerous times is inappropriate I've done customer service 15 years of my life and managed 8 years of those 15 and I know what's appropriate and not appropriate and to me U-Haul as a whole company has a lot of things that needs to be worked on customer service wise not to mention when there is a situation when one of the employees screws up and the customer can't gain access to their storage shed because of the screw up in the system for almost a week and that customer loses 90% of their belongings in my opinion corporate or someone from headquarters the head honcho person should definitely be trying to correct the situation all of these have been my experiences and I would love to be compensated for my losses I'm hoping that this gets to someons ears that will listen to the problems that are arising within the company if this is the case please feel free to give me a call or contact me through email preferably.. I would also like to express how I believe it's the traffic control manager lady who's the manager she in my opinion is very disrespectful and rude and was singling me out and treating me with tons of disrespect because I do have a minor portion of a bill that is due because of gas and mileage I'm in the middle of trying to get that paid for by Uhaul because you guys promised to pay me back to days that I had to pay for that were promised me that I should never have had to pay for it but I had to pay for it in order to get my U-Haul extended and I've still been waiting for a refund on those which I was going to apply to my bill but I'm unable to do so because I can't get a refund from you guys I can't even get a call back I have tried to call several times the guy at headquarters mr. Lange and no response to either and on top of that I I am still waiting to be compensated for the losses that I've received I've asked several times to receive every one of the phone conversations the recordings from them in my email and I've never received one of them I can't get anyone to help take care of anything that I have asked help on so please someone listen to my concerns...my name is nakisha and I would love to have my issues taken care of so that I can feel better about Uhaul and continue using you guys my email is giddy kiwi at gmail.com contact number 801-820-0671 my secondary contact number is 801-781-0092

The uhaul phone app has a serious problem which prevented me from picking up the rental truck. It seems that the app only sets the location variable one time. So if one happens to not have the GPS location turned on, the app doesn't allow the user to complete the uhaul contract form. Despite refreshing the page after ensuring the GPS location was turned on, (on my phone) the app would not update the location (so I couldn't pickup the truck) nor does the app allow manual location entry. A major application flaw.

The dolly had a broken panel in front.. Didnt effect the job but should be fixed before it breaks on someone. The staff was very friendly and the young lady that helped me was very polite and helpful.

There were several nails and screws that could end up in customers tires. While parked in the return area. I found 3 rusty nails and 4 older screws. Not to mention if that ends up in your tires it could cause a serious safety concern
