Make sure your clients are aware of the location they will be picking their rentals up from ahead of time. Ask that your locations VISIBLY project their UHAUL affiliation.






Poor scheduling in the traffic department. The front line people I dealt with were amazing but Uhaul as a company will be my last option from this day forward. I've never been so frustrated due to the lack of communication and mix up and having to drive to different locations and once I get there not being able to get what I need.



I was charged 3 different charges on my credit card. 2 of the charges I understand but the 3rd is for 17.99; no receipt no nothing. Also, when I originally rented the Uhaul over the phone it was with Batteries Unlimited; when I get my confirmation it is with Bryant Feed and Seed which is a round trip of 32.72 miles out of my way and of course I was charged the mileage. This seems like a scam with U-haul just to nickel and dime someone to death! I will not be recommending your company to anyone!



You name you can do it. I give my overall experience with Uhaul an F- x 10. I will never use uhaul again and plan on fileing a formal complaint. My complaint has nothing to do with Bryant Grocery and Feed.



My experience at this location had to have been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I reserved a trailer to be picked up at 8AM. I get there at 8AM, and the person who is able to check me out is not there. They had to call him in. Not too big of a deal, but why wasn't he there? He knew I had reserved a trailer to be picked up at 8AM. I don’t understand why he wasn’t ready for that. Once he got there, it took him several minutes to set up his computer to begin the transaction. Again, why wasn't this ready? It was supremely obvious that this man clearly did not know how to use a computer. I cannot state this fact enough. I had to stand over him and direct him on how to fill out the required information on the U-haul site/order entry page. I assume he should know how to do this, but no, he did not. After we spent a ridiculous amount of time filling everything out, he realized the internet was not working in the store, so we could not complete the transaction. He tried for about 10 minutes to figure out the internet, but it wasn’t happening. This is now 30 minutes after I should have picked this up. Because he could not get his internet or computer to function, I had to go TO HIS HOUSE to complete this transaction. Another store employees said that this is not the first time this happened this week. What?! How can having to walk to some random store employee’s house to complete a very basic transaction be normal?! Clearly this is a problem. Why are you not fixing it? It was raining, and we walked to his home behind the store, because I was not going to give him my card without me being present. We get to his house, I am standing in his home with what I assume are his elderly parent/grandparents (one of which is on oxygen) and a fat, almost blind pug dog. This is super uncomfortable for me, because I am some random stranger in their home, disturbing them on a Friday morning. We are in the dark; I guess they do not like light in his home. The TV is blaring, and I am standing by a desk with just a task light on. After about another 5 to 10 minutes of him starting up another computer, I am again hovering over him to tell him what he must click and type to fill in the information. This takes quite a while (again) because it is clear this man does not know how to use a computer proficiently. We finally get to the payment part of the process, and he cannot figure this out at all. After about 15 minutes of him typing my card number in over (and over and over) again, he still cannot get it to process. We go back to the store (still raining) to get a area supervisor’s number to see if the supervisor can help him out. Luckily, that man seems to know what is going on. We go back to his home, and finally able to complete the transaction about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, you have to print and sign some papers to be completely finished. If I haven’t stated this enough, let me state it one more time, this man did not know ho
