The gentleman was very helpful.. would be nice. If you have to let him know what was going on. He didn’t know he had to make a call… everything went well trailer was perfect … trailer hauled perfectly no problems… thank you again. For your help and understanding in this matter…

Adam WU-Haul corporate centre’s like the one in Peterborough are great they’re well maintained with lots of options and amenities, it’s unfortunate there isn’t one in Brantford where I moved to. If you opened one up here I’d probably come and work for your company. I couldn’t take advantage of the storage offer because the next closest location is in Hamilton.
GARY CLadies working were very nice and helpful. They needed to call someone to deal with the uhaul - which is fine but you start to worry there may be an issue ect it was 10pm at night. Just unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Context - We were a last minute rental maybe everything would have been ready had we ordered with advance notice
