I rented trucks from u haul for the past thirty seven years. Every location is efficient in checking you out and giving you paperwork. within ten minutes. The two ladies that this location were nice and kind but could not get the computer equipment to function properly.. It took them forty five minutes to print a contract for me. When I return, it was taking so long. To print my receipt that I had to leave. Because I couldn't wait any longer.. Someone should me pay them a visit And teach them how to use their computering equipment properly. So that even though I was the only customer there, no one else came in. It literally took forty five minutes for a contract To be completed in printed. The times written On the paperwork are incorrect I arrived at 12:50 And was driving off in the truck at 1:35. I truly believe I am entitled to a refund. S. Salazar
