Very friendly customer service both on the phone and in person. Equipment was clean and delivered as promised and checked back in quickly and efficiently. A great experience from start to finish. The app and the UI are cumbersome and not intuitive in some parts. Checking a rental out is bit time consuming; there is no indication of this beforehand in the UI. I believe the pick-up process would have been faster if I had picked up during business hours and had worked with a live representative.
