I didn't speak to any personnel at this location, as it was closed, but the gate was open to allow me to drop the truck, the key return box was visible and accessible, and the self-check-in process was easy.

The virtual manager experience was terrible. When we went to check in the vehicle, we were told we had to access an application on my phone which did not work on my phone. We were threatened with a $20.00 fine because the application did not work. We were not told in advance that we needed to use an application on our phone. If we had been, we would have made different arrangements. We will NEVER use this location again and are seriously considering not using U-Haul again, either.
KENNETH BNote, they do not take trailers. I towed a trailer for u haul but they did not want to take it. They did but I was worried the whole way down.
