Nothing overall it was a good experience

THOMAS NThe check engine light came on and we had to call the business. They said it was due to an aftermarket catalytic converter which wasn't responding to a sensor. It had been checked out and the engine was OK. I asked, how would we know, then, if there was really a problem with the engine if the light stayed on. She didn't understand the question even after rephrasing it several times. She just kept repeating it was checked out and was OK. This did not give me peace of mind while traveling. When we turned in the truck and told them about the problem, they said they would fix it. So why didn't the Okeechobee location fix it?
